Certification – Quality Assurance
Quality is a foundation stone for the philosophy and the operation mode of Loux. It is a concept closely linked with the product safety, namely, the protection of National Health. Furthermore, it the company’s commitment and primary duty to steadily expand ,develop, and upgrade all the management systems.
Loux MARLAFEKAS AVEE has developed and applied a Quality Management System since 1999, pursuant the requirements of the then applicable ISO 9002:1994 standard, according to which was certified in the same year for all productive and commercial activities. Since then, the company’s system was adjusted and continued being certified according to the requirements of the ISO 9001 and HACCP standards, until its upgrade to the Quality Management – Food Safety System pursuant the ISO 9001 & ISO 22000 standard requirements.
The company takes into consideration that customer confidence worldwide should be ensured and therefore, provide the necessary required for the adoption of appropriate preventive measures in order to be considered safe for natural health. For this reason, the company decided in 2017 to certify the System applied pursuant the requirements of the internationally agreed food safety scheme FSSC 22000 certification and ISO 9001 standard, recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
The use of the certified Management System of Food Safety, adds value to the end product made by Loux. This specific systemic management strategy together with the application of the certified Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Food Safety System Certification(FSSC 22000), welcomes Loux in the present era, an era characterized by high competitiveness, a further essential tool to differentiate.
